Admin. history/Biographical Sketch: Established May 1, 1977; merged 1984 with the Office of Public Relations to form Office of Public and Community Relations.

Scope and content:  Records predominantly consist of Campus Tour scrapbooks, 1975 - 1983. The scrapbooks are arranged according to year and contain correspondence, memoranda, programs, and  reports concerning campus tours. Also, included are Campus Tour Information for Guides which provide a history of various University buildings and monuments.  There are also reports, correspondence, media coverage, as well as photographs pertaining to U. of T. Day in 1987, 1991-1993, and 1995-1997.  Also included are records pertaining to the United Way Staff/Faculty Campaigns and final reports 1987-1988. Finally, there are annual divisional planning documents, 1995-1996.  Programme for "Portuguese Week", 30 October to 5 November, 1978 and papers given in conjunction with it.
