Biographical Sketch: Student of Math and Physics and a lecturer in Applied Mathematics.  Griffith went on to get a PhD. in Mathematics in 1936 and taught Applied Mathematics at the University of Toronto for over two decades.  He played an early role in establishing the University of Toronto Computation Centre.

Scope and content: Notes, correspondence, manuscripts, and other materials documenting Griffith’s education in math and physics and career as a professor. Includes material documenting the early days of computers at the University of Toronto.
