Biographical Sketch: Three generations of same family connected with the University of Toronto including Agnes Fraser Robinson, George H. Robinson, Percy J. Robinson, and Gilbert de Beauregard Robinson. Percy Robinson (1873-1953) was a classicist, artist, teacher, historian, and father of Gilbert Robinson, who was a professor and administrator (1956-1969) at the University of Toronto.

Scope and content: Correspondence, genealogical records, biographical sketches, student term papers and exams, diaries, subject files, articles, photographs, press clippings, course notes, memo books, poems, and other materials documenting the Robinson family’s history and involvement with the University of Toronto. Includes material relating to the history of mathematics at the University of Toronto and research material for Gilbert Robinson’s Percy James Robinson, 1873-1953: Classicist, Artist, Teacher, Historian.
