Beginning February 28, the Archives Reading Room is open 9am-4:45pm, Tuesday to Friday. We welcome members of the University of Toronto community, visiting scholars, and the general public.The Reading Room is closed on Mondays.

One of Canada's most prominent astronomers and a world authority on globular clusters, Helen Sawyer Hogg is also credited with helping to popularize the science of astronomy and for providing an important role model for women in the Physical Sciences.
Dr. Ursula Franklin was the university’s first female professor of metallurgy and materials science and the first woman to receive the title of University Professor, the highest academic rank at U of T.
