Determining retention periods for University records includes an analysis of specific departmental needs and recordkeeping abilities, as well as researching legal and fiscal requirements for specific record types.

Operational: official undergraduate student academic record

Contents:

This series constitutes the portion of the student file that must be preserved permanently.

Belated/Amended Marks Forms

Purpose:

Operational: to report change in grade.

Contents:

Form from the Dept. reporting a change in grade for an individual student. For the period 1983 to 1985, see series 01-0001.

Clerical Re-checks

Purpose:

Operational: to document request by student for check of course result to determine accuracy.

College Withdrawal Form

Purpose:

Operational: for student to request late withdrawal without academic penalty.

Pink "College Withdrawal" forms and petitions to withdraw. Contains all withdrawals initiated from 1987 to the present.

Purpose:

Operational: to document special requests of students.

Contents:
